William D. Cleveland

William D. Cleveland Jr., the chairman of the trustees of the Daniel and Edith Ripley Foundation, was remembered for his understanding spirit, which gave Neighborhood Centers Association the expanded facilities and additional means to help our neighborhoods develop.
